AMERICAN EAGLE AIRLINES LAUNCHES NONSTOP JET SERVICE BETWEEN LEXINGTON, KY. AND CHICAGO O’HARE
Eagle Also Serves Lexington With Three Daily Flightsfrom Dallas/Fort Worth
April 6, 2010 – American Eagle Airlines, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, today launched nonstop jet service between Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Ky. (LEX) and Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Eagle will operate the service with 44 and 50-seat Embraer jets.
“American Eagle is extremely proud to reintroduce service from Lexington to Chicago,” said Kate Soled, General Counsel for American Eagle. “Customers will once again enjoy even convenient connections on American Eagle to destinations throughout the American Airlines global network.”
