Travelers can enjoy 24-hour banking
service with the airport's two Automated Teller Machines. One ATM machine is located
by the main entrance on the first floor of the terminal and a second machine is
located in the Bourbon Bar restaurant on the second level. Children's Play Areas

An officer of the Department
of Public Safety is on duty 24 hours a day to provide first aid services. For
assistance at the First Aid office or in any part of the terminal, simply pick
up one of our convenient house phones. Information Center

Get the answers
you need at the airport Information Center, conveniently located in the lobby
of the terminal. Let us make your travel experience easy by providing general
airport and flight information, paging services, travel assistance, notary services,
postage stamps and fax and copy services. In addition, printed materials such
as flight guides, airport newsletters, foreign language guides and wireless internet
brochures are also available. The Information Center can be reached by calling

Missing something? For items lost
in the common areas of the airport, call 859.425.3112. For lost luggage or items
left on board an airplane, please contact your airline.
Postal Services
A mailbox is located outside the terminal entrance
for all outgoing mail. Postage stamps are available for purchase at the Information
Center. FedEx and UPS drop boxes are located at the terminal entrance. U.S. Customs
The U.S.
Customs office is located outside of the terminal in the air freight facility
(accessible via Airport Road) and is open Monday-Friday, 8 am-12 pm & 1-5 pm.
Customs service is available by appointment after 5 pm or on weekends. For questions
