Hangar Opportunities

Lexington continues to lead the way when it comes to private aviation facilities for aircraft owners. Hangars are located on both the east and west sides of the airport property. In addition to the convenience of fixed-base operator Signature Aviation, hangar tenants at the airport also enjoy airport-owned WestLEX, a facility built to support our general aviation tenants with services such as aircraft fueling and storage, a heated hangar for aircraft warming, and lounge areas. Additional amenities for tenants include access to a self-serve fuel farm, an aircraft cleaning station, complimentary wireless internet access and additional storage facilities (rent applies).

All agreements are month-to-month leases. Deposit equivalent to first month’s rent is required as a refundable security deposit. A 5% discount is available if annual payment is received upfront as one installment. If paying monthly, credit card or ACH payment is required. An airport SIDA badge and background check, including fingerprints, are required before a hangar key will be issued.
